Samantha (Sam) Tarr is a really horendous realtor.  She doeasn't know what she's doing at all.  I used her to buy our house and she screwed us over by not representing us properly.  We paid $15,000 more than what the house was worth becasue she "talked: us into it. 

She recieved a much higher commission by doing this.  She just cares about her commission and is extremely greedy.  Like the other post says, I don't recommend her services at all.  Use someeone else!
