San Pedro Construction - Pete B. Davidson Contracted to put an addition on my home. Never did. I hired an attorney. I got a judgement for $30,800.00. He seems to have disappeared. Bosque Farms New Mexico

Never completed work, nor get the building permit, zoning variance, pay for the Cad designs - took my money and ran. I have the judgement but collecting is a whole different issue.

Mr Davidsons contractors license for San Pedro Construction is valid through February, 2009. Durango Homes license was cancelled in June of 2008. All known addresses and phone numbers for Pete and his brother Michael are invalid. I have 4 addresses and 4 phone numbers that are no longer good and the CID of NM has the same information I do. BEST to file a complaint with CID - he can have his license revoked.
