Sandra Grimm Sandra Gradowski Conned her mother with dementia to remove her brother from the will New York NY

Sandra Grimm conned her own mother, who had just gotten dementia at the time, to remove her brother from the will giving them joint ownership of a business property she owned. As a result of her con/fraud, she is now the sole owner of said business property while her brother got nothing.

She also got her mentally impaired mother to not even inform her brother of this. So he didn't find out that he was disinherited until his mother passed away years later.
