I OPENED MY Verizon PHONE BILL TODAY, 10-15-04, AND FOUND FRAUDULENT CHARGES OF $19.95 FOR OAN SERVICES, ripoff Northridge California

I opened my Verizon phone bill when I got home last night from work and there was a charge of $19.95. I never authorized these charges and the service was never rendered. I am so mad. I caller Verizon and they told me that I would have to call OAN to have these charges removed. I tried to call the 800# provided but no one answers. This is such a scam!!!!!!! This company needs to pay for their dishonesty and they will. I AM REPORTING THEM......AND I AM GOING FOR A CLASS ACTION SUIT.

Heather? I'm a bit confused that your letter title. Which has SBC but you say you were billed by Verizon.
Anyway, do what I did and see if you get any response. Write them an e-mail to ripoffreport.com [DELETED] and tell them in a pleasant manner your problem and ask for advice how to resolve this issue. I got a reply in one day and another in two days. Best of luck.

Just for a laugh I did like the title of one ladie's letter stating, "I got screwed by a company and didn't even get a kiss!!" :O)
