I was hit by a person insured by Seminole Casualty Insurance. He ran a stop sign and totaled my vehicle. This insurance company insists he's not at fault and refuses to pay for the damages to my truck. He inturn attempted to file a claim to have my insurance company pay for his damages!!

I feel this is such wrong doing. All I am looking for is to be compensated for my truck. It less than 4,000 dollars. I don't understand how you can run a stop sign, total someones vehicle and not be found liable.
