Shenzhen Haizhide E-commerce Co., Ltd. Product not as advertised (bait and switch) and refuses to refund full amount without return of product at buyer's expense

This company is defrauding their customers. They advertised an animatronic shark but what I received was a hard plastic shark about 10 inches long. 

So I requested a refund.  Now the seller's are telling me that in order to get a full refund I have to return the product which will cost me $30+ and instead offered me a $10 refund with no return required.  I am happy to return the product at Seller's expense.   This should not be a cost the buyer bears since they are the ones that falsely advertised their product and then did a bait and switch.  I am sure I am not the first customer to be duped by this company but I would sure like to be the last.
