You may be aware of the shipping scams that shopgoodwill.com has people in an uproar over. Shopgoodwill.com must be aware of the anger that there gross overcharging on shipping is causing beccause they now say that people can combine shipping of multiple items if the items weigh less than 20 pounds in total. This makes sense because peope buy many more additional items which in most cases they wouldn't buy.

It's sad and a shame when the name "Goodwill" has become something entirely else.

I just want to concur with the many complaints against this organization. I have been utilizing this site for years and find that the auctions are questionable and the shipping charges are shameful. It was my choice to accept the high charges and I did. I admit that I have gotten some really nice items over the years but did receive some defective items as well. I just wanted to comment, but am filing a personal complaint regarding a recent issue concerning an undelivered item. The Inland Northwest location refused to refund as well as file a FedEx claim even though I provided the information. They didn't want to be bothered, so they relinquished their rights via a waiver, so I could do it. FedEx states the sender has to file. Details in my complaint. In the meantime, BEWARE of Shopgoodwill.com. They are dishonest and thieves.

Some locations of Shopgoodwill are now charging fixed S&H charges on the many additional low weight items people add to their order from a location. They con you into thinking you can combine shipping of more items and get more reasonable shipping but they what they actually do is charge full addditional fixed charges on everything and with no savings on shipping.

Please "Goodwill" - STOP THE CONS!!!
