Signature Pools and Spa Erasmo Flores Fraudster steling money from people wanting pool. Arlington Texas

So this Guy is the biggest lier. Please google his name on Youtube I have posted a video of him blatant lying. He has ripped off every person he has contracted with. Stole 30 K from me and 6k from my neighbor. Has arrest record in Tx and now in the wind with peoples money. Frisco Police has open investigation on Him. A clear records seach from the Frisco Website states no active or completed Permits in this town. So he is completly lying.

Please do not sign a contract with this Person ( i would say company but he is the only person). I have learned the Attorney General's office is now investigating Erasmo Flores. We have learned today he has been taking money from home owners and then hiring Licenced profesional Sub Contactors. The subcontractors are telling us their checks have bounced. They are in the process in filing police reports for theft of services.  In additional Frisco PD now has a File started on Erasmo Flores and Detectives have started an investigation. They have been provided names of other Police Departments where Erasmo has performed Fraud. The one escavation Subcontractor who had is check bounced has informed me that there were 2 additional pools on the schedule in Tx. HE will be informing those home owners of the Fraud that they areinvolved in. We have extensive evidence to provide to the Attorney general's office as well as Frisco PD. In addition Civil litigation has been started and Video Clips will soon be uploaded both on Your Tube and Here.  I have posted on NExtdoor.com as well to stop this guy from stealing from others.  Doctorofmedicine rebuttal is a complet lie as was uploaded by Erasmo Flores. His goal the entire time was to keep this going as long as possible. HE will get you to trust him by saying how much an honest hard working person he is. That he is a veteran and will treat you like family.  His day is coming and trust me it will be soon.

 My wife and I thought about using Erasmo to build a pool so we had him meet with us. When we start researching about him and his pool company, we found so many victims throughout TX where they have lost their money due to Erasmo not delivering the pool he had promised. We also went to City of Frisco to Check on his reputation and pool permit status around Frisco but he only has 1 pool permit out, which is not completed. So doctorof medicine, how did your pool get build without a pool permit?

Sometimes in construction management, contacts don't specifically state when the job will be done, and can be delayed due to other clients jobs that haven't been finished yet. He told me that the job would take 6 - 8 months to complete. But it took 1 year. He built me a very nice Grecian Style Player Pool. 6ft deep in the middle, and 3 feet on each side. Perfect for water polo. Lots of friends come over to my place all the time along with family, and we have water polo tournaments all summer long if I'm not on vacation that is. Just be patient. With me being a Doctor, I understand that things take time. Especially with me running my own private practice here in Frisco. He will finish. I had to give him keys to my home when I wasn't there so he can have access to the property will I was working. He never took anything either. He will finish the work. He has a lot of contacts and I was sceptical at first, but my pool is beautiful. I paid him $30,000.00. He did a great job. Like I said, It took a year for him to finish.
