Basically, the representative said I couldn't afford the appointment by saying it was too pricy, not knowing my financial situation. Also said they don't take new patiends when I was not a new patient, because I've gone there since I was about fourteen years old. She said that I cancelled an appointment back in 2017 and that they couldn't attend me.
The representative gave me a list of other health cares and the service there was totally wrong.
