Mr. Simon was used on the shipping side of an online auction in which i purchased items from.

The Auctioneer was paid for the items. I was given instructions to contact Mr Simon via email for a shipping quote etc. 

In his initial replies Mr Simon was very vague and impersonable. After weeks i finally got my "shipping quote." I was expecting it to be on the high side of what would be considered reasonable but... that wasn't the case.

Mr. Simon had already taken my items into his possession after the auctioneer was paid in full. The shipping and handling quote he gave me was for an astronomical amount as well as bogus fee after fee after fee.  I questioned the amount and we went back and forth via email until i got fed up and let it rest a while.

Tried contacting him to resolve this issue thats been going on for months with no reply. Seeing that he's a pawnbroker my assumption is that he re sold my items in his shop for profit at my expense.
