Sit Means Sit The took my payment for "Puppy Kindergarten" saying that training classes included other puppies and group instruction. No other puppies showed up. There was never any group instruction or one on one training with my puppy. BONITA SPRINGS FL

Failure to perform services promised. The owner left at 5:30 p.m. when the class was scheduled to start. A "substitute" sat and read training suggestions to me and my 5 month old puppy. No refunds after 72 hours the contract said. I paid and came a week later, which was too late for a refund according to the contract.
