Unauthorized charges on my bank card. I Googled the name listed on my credit card statement and found the information on this company. When I called they claim they had no record of my having an account with them. 2 days later they charged another $69.90 to my card for a total of $149.80. Not only did I NOT order anything from this company but I also never received anything from them.

It appears that there were charges made to your credit card for an order that you did not place with our company. We perform a fraud check on all of our order pages to ensure that the cardholder is in fact ordering--for an order to process someone had to have all of your information including the three digit security code on the back of your card. We would recommend filing a police report if in fact someone else placed the order with our company without your permission.
