Smiths Marketplace I placed order. They took money. Didn’t give me order. Ignored me and won’t fix it. St George Utah

I placed an order for delivery. It mysteriously canceled. No one let me know. I was ill and as a single mom of four kids who were out for Halloween, I needed the meds I ordered and food for kids. They still have my money. I still don’t have my delivery order.

Three hours on phone to dead ends. Store on Mall Drive in St.George couldn’t care less and yes, the manager knows but doesn’t make it right. Oh and the company is a joke on social media. Worst service ever. Sorry I ever gave them a dollar.

Wish they would give me my money so I could get medicine from somewhere. What dishonest and cruel people. No solutions. Only dead ends. Bad business. No care for the customer.
