AFTER SENDING DEMAND LETTER (L/C # SCB1601590CHL) NEVER REPLIED.

AN IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT ISSED FOR USD $ 60,000 BY SOLEIL BANK RELAYED THROUGH PJSC BANK.

THE BALANCE DUES OF 14,000 IS STILL PENDING SOLEIL BANK HAS BEEN GIVEN ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE THE PAYMENT BUT NEVER REPLIED.

THE GOODS WORTH OF 60000 HAS BEEN SHIPPED AGAINST THE ABOVE LETTER OF CREDIT BUT TILL TODAY THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE BY SOLEIL BANK.

FRADULENT LETTER OF CREDIT ISSUED BY SOLEIL BANK.
