*REBUTTAL Owner of company: We at Soulliere Construction always pay our sub contractors. We use mostly the same subcontractors all the time. They must be getting payed or they wouldnt still be working with Soulliere Construction
Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We did electrical contracting on many of Soulliere Construction, Inc jobs and they stopped paying. They have told us many times this is not their intention and yet they continue with excuses on why they cannot pay.
The total is approx. $6000. We have been requesting our payment for over a year. This review will be edited if this ever gets settled.

We have tried many times to resolve this issue. We had an attorney write up a promise to pay notice, Jerry refused to sign. We have had multiple verbal and emailed agreements with Jerry and they all have never been honored. This is the path you have chosen Jerry. I hope it haunts you for a long time. I can assure you I will not rest in spreading the word about your dishonesty. A wise and honorably decision would be to not rip people off, honor your promises to pay and resolve issue before your victims spread the word. I am not finished with this until we are paid. Keep up your excuses and you will be ashamed when you Google you name. Pay your debt and resolve this immediately.

In rebuttle to this complaint. We at Soulliere Construction have paid this sub contractor for most all of his work. We do owe him an amount that has a little discrepency and we have offered a settlement and are in the process of working this out to be paid.
