We here at Sounder Auto Sales actually like "check engine" indicators. They tell us what is wrong with the vehicle and most times it is simply a sensor that has gone bad. We do our best to replace the faiing sensor, as well as clear the code when the part has been replaced. We do not pull apart the dash to remove a check engine bulb. A cylinder misfire is oftentimes a bad plug or bad wire. We have 75 cars in stock and dont have the time to address every problem on every car. That is why we sell the cars "AS IS" and disclose as much as we know about the car. We're sorry you had a bad experience, but we expect the customer to take partial responsibility in fixing and getting to know their vehicles. We do NOT remove check engine bulbs and do disclose what we know about our vehicles.
