My wife registered for the membership based on what they sold her. However due to her busy schedule, she is not able to use the facilities. She tried to cancel within one month, but was forced to convert from family to individual membership and wait for one month with the assurance that, she could cancel the membership after the additional month. But after the wait, when she again requested cancellation, the Club flatly refused to do so.
