Paid for a brand new system, from the getgo the system had issues. On the hottest week the system went down and they refused to come out to repair it even though under warranty. I begged as temperatures were hitting 100+ and all David would say is "we will be there in 7 business day" when I pushed again he said, "I am sorry but we have more important jobs than you".
Called back and he slammed the phone down. Apparently, I wasn't the first victim but this is his mode of operation, get new customers and screw over existing ones. Stay away.
