affluence EDU This a ripoff. First everyone who register the first 50 will get a free laptop. I checked with 6 people and everyone had ticket numbers 16 and 17 for the guest. When I asked the people for their ticket number, one of the manager asked me to leave. He realize I got on to theur scam. Further, they gave samples of how much money you will make. Sample A house worth 454,000.00, you will get it for 124,000.00. Now sell it at a 30% discount of claimed value, take off closing cost and you will make over 37,000 profit... I questioned the buy cost of 124,000, he skipped over that and it will be answered if you take the 3 days class. Ja right? Make me sittin on a 2 hours ripoff presentation on flipping property  Internet
