Greenmotion car and van rental Orlando I want to inform you that will never use or recommend your service for rental cars again. With this site I was quoted and agreed to 2 cars at $174.17, each which was not even close to the cost, once I was there and had no options. This was the worst experience in rental car ever. We were expecting to pay just under $350 for the 2 cars, which ended up costing just under $1000. Huge difference contracted price and also put a strain on the rest of our vacation that was planned. We had saved over a large period of time for a cruise and beach vacation to with this caused major changes to. I am not financially well of and that difference meant a whole port of call on our cruise to be wasted. we could not do the excursions we saved for. Not only did it ruin that port for the car that was given to us was not acceptable! We are in Florida and the Air Conditioner did not work and the car was in need of a major alignment. I did not have time to exchange this car at the time due to time restraints to board the cruise ship. I just got back from the cruise today and had to drive back the hour from where we are staying to return the rental car and exchange it for one that was acceptable. Even after speaking to the manager of green motion rental car all he tried to do was upgrade my car to a SUV and think that would make everything better! That was an insult to top off the experience so far! This wasted another day of my vacation! Charge way more than reservation price Orlando Florida
