Laptop and Desktop Repair, LLC Ecyclebest Fraudulent used-phone buyback offer, quoted $207, sent $32 with no reasoning. No return, no customer response despite 20+ calls and hold for hours. To sell my used iphone 5 AT&T device, I received a quote of $207 (excellent condition) from Ecyclebest with a shipping label. Once ecyclebest received my iPhone, after 1 week, I was sent an email with a final price of $32 with no other communication in between. Since then each day I have been calling ecyclebest and the customer care puts me on hold for 50 mins or more to connect with purchase department but nobody picks up. I have done this 20+ times, they also responded to me with emails saying sorry to hear this, call us back during office hours to no response each day (customer service picks up listens to and then puts on hold to purchase department forever). Last 1 week I have been asking to return my device with immediate effect, no response and I have been sent a cheque for $32 instead. This is a pure fraudlent transaction and perhaps a theft where this company has robbed my device by diping me into better offer and giving me a much smaller price instead. Other competing companies (better rated) like Gazelle were quoting $195 for the same device and only reason I sell to ecyclebest was that they gave a higher quote. There is no reason for cost difference post evaluation provided whatsoever. Please get my device back or the quoted amount. This has been a significant loss of time for me being on hold for hours, that goes unaccounted. Sparks Nevada
