On March 11,2005 sprint turned off my phone service because of the mistake of a sprint represenative made. I called the sprint co. and I talked to one of the represnative and she confirmed it was their mistake.

The problem I have with sprint is they continue to turn my service off even when I pay the bill, but in order to restore my service I have to make an additional payment.I do not like the way sprint handles it;s business.they need to correct themselves and be honest and upfront with their customers if they want to keep them.

I surely will report them to the Better Business Bureau.
