Stardock Software Bought software that is incompatible with Windows 10, stardock support gave me vague instructions then started ignoring me Plymouth Internet

Simple. I bought stardock deskscape, and it works like trash on Windows 10 as of Feb 15 2017. Freezes up, etc and I contacted stardock about it. I posted DETAILED log files from Msinfo32 and dxdiag, then a screen recording. 

 

They STILL made me do all of that over again, and they have then stopped responding since the 9th. I can not believe a company is so unprofessional serving users garbage software like Deskscapes and ignoring them.
