On 06/19/2019, we was rear ended while sitting in a L/H turn lane @ a red lite, w/injuries. @ fault driver refused to provide his 'Insurance & Registration'.

Had to purchase police report for his info. State Farm never contacted us after 3.5 months. State Farm adjuster Brian James is dealing in BAD FAITH, a SUPER LOW BALL REPAIR ESTIMATE of 'take what we give you & be gone' attitude.

The insurance company is NOT your friend and neither is THEIR adjuster. The adjuster's job is to have the company get by with as little expense as possible. There are two things you can do. Get yourself an "INDEPENDENT ADJUSTER" or get yourself an attorney who has experience fighting insurance companies.

Often times, that attorney's fees will be paid by them. Don't sit on this! I'm writing this on a Saturday night. Monday morning you get on the phone and get these suggestions done, especially if your neck or back were injured!

Ebay

Ebay is very seller unfriendly. They will allow buyers to return merchandise for almost any reason and in any condition. Besides that, they hit the seller with fees foe every step of the transaction from listing to selling. I will not sell any high ticket items on Ebay, and I sell very, very few items at all on there. It is just not worth the trouble.
