They contacted me by email . She introduced herself as Christy Adams,senior processor officer for the State Investigtion Dept. in Utica NY.
She said i have been commiting fraud and criminal activites by receiving money with the promise to pay and not doing so.
that my ss number was on hold ,and that i was going to be proscuted in a court of law.
