I was contacted on October 15 regarding a possible home refinance and debt consolidation loan. John Davies asked me some financial information that I provided in a redacted format, removing any SSN or Account numbers.

They contacted me on the 29th telling me that my loan was approved, but that I would need to provide them with our monthly expenses for our home. They also said that I would need to pay $1,750 to cover the home appraisal and other costs. I have not paid them for anything as i found that others have been ripped off by the same office. Thanks, Ripoff Report for saving me money.
