staur co. first they compramised my card by not using it at the time of the order, than used it 2 mos. later without my knowledge, then I paid the extra $20 to guarantee I was told it could not be replaced my money could not be returned, they would send me a catalog so I could use my store credit,the cat, came with a letter saying my store credit ended on the 10 did not get the letter til the 14; they kept my money and my ring; my ring would be replaced if it broke, well it broke Burnsville Minnesota

my card was saved and used 2 mos. after I placed my order causing my account to go neg. and lost my order, than I had paid the extra$20 to guaentee my ring wouldbe replaced if it broke, it broke I sent it back, was told it could not be replaced,I can not get my money back, they would send me a catalog so I could use store credit,

when the catalog came on the 14 of Oct. it came with a letter saying my store credit expired on the 10th of Oct. so they must not of mailed it until the 10th of Oct. this co. has treated me like s**t. stole my money and my ring.   also I had to get a new card
