He showed up for the wrong case and was promptly dismissed from the case.  He never appeared in the correc case and pocketed the $15K.  Calls were to no avail.  Pell is now running for the office of judge in Ventura County.  Don't let his brand of justice work for you!  Vote and vote for the other cadidate!!

Famly law, criminal defense attorney, real estate attorney, ad nauseum.  talk about spread too thin.

Oh yes that time of year when people take to this site to post "RipOff Reports" on politians up for election.

So here are some obvious questions.

How exactly did he know about this other case?
Why would he need to be "dismissed" from that case? He would only have needed to be "dismissed" if he was already on record as being part of that case.

By the way what type of cases and just how many cases did you have going at the same time where you need to have multiple attornies?   Or are you saying you paid for an attorney to show up for one case and were going Pro Se on your other cases.
