As one person has already wrote you the same thing happen to me.I tried to cancel because I found out I couldn't take Nicocure because of the alcohal content. I tried e-mailing but it wouldn't go through. I called my credit card company and told them not to except that bill because I has tried to cancel but I couldn't get through. They said they would put a note on it but I was still billed. I to didn't have a confermation number to send it back and get a refund. I tried calling that number but never got an answer.
