Strategic Support Investigations owner Peter McHugh has sent letters and emails with threats of legal action for telling the public about his ways and actions. He is simply trying to cover up that he is a thief and liar in my opinion and the opinion of others I have spoken to and shown the evidence....

Peter McHugh, it is true I am a convicted felon who was featured on the front page of the NY Times BUSINESS SECTION for h*o I changed my life around for good over the last decade plus.... What have you done besides steal from this company?

Here is a copy and paste of the email Strategic Support Investigations owner Peter McHugh sent to one of the partners of the company. Please note, Peter stated that this company is run by a single person. Even though it is owned by more than one person and even though it has three locations in three different states! Come on Petger, give the public a break and tell the truth for once in your life! You and your company stole and that makes you a thief!

This is follow-up to my conversation with your secretary on 06/17/13, which occurred after you refused my call. I have sent you a CEASE and DESIST Order for an employee of your Company (Call Traxs Pro), Brian P****. Mr. P**** has been publicly slandering my character on the internet.

I have been investigating your business CALL TRAXS PRO and your business relationship to Mr. P****. As I am sure you know, since you have represented Mr. P**** in numerous cases in New Jersey, he is a convicted felon. At this point in my investigation, I would like to know why you, as an attorney practicing in the States of New York and New Jersey, are engaging in business for profit with a convicted felon. Furthermore, the other owning entity members of CALL TRAXS PRO, LLC appear illegitimate.

I need to speak with you to resolve this matter but if you refuse, you are leaving in a position where I need to report my findings to the State bars of New York and New Jersey.

Since when is an attorney not supposed to have business dealings with someone... Even if that person has a felony conviction! This is almost funny! Peter McHugh owner of Strategic Support Investigations cannot stand the Constitution at all! He does not want the world to know the opinion of this writter that he is a THIEF! He is a LIAR and he is a CHEAT! The Constitution allows us the FREEDOM to give our opinions based upon circumstances that happen to you personally without ANY fears of legal reprise. Get a lawyer to represent you as required because you and your company cannot be represented Pro Se. Then have that lawyer explain to you the law. Then after you have the law explained to you....... STOP BREAKING IT and stop ripping companies off and stop lying and cheating.... You in this writiers opinion are the lowest form of life on the Planet!!! You are not getting this removed and I have and will always keep the SIGNED BY YOUR PEN EVIDENCE that you are a LIAR!!!! You will NEVER get any business and NEVER keep clients because you simply run your mouth with tough guy junk and are really CONNING them like you did me and this company! That theft will be reversed by the credit card company because they have the SIGNED BY YOUR PEN DOCUMENTS and that means simply put---- YOU ARE A LIAR and tried to STEAL from this company!

Your actions on this website (rating & raving) only confrim for people that you are a one man operation. And yes you and your porting provider FRACTEL are under investigation for failing to port out numbers timely, warehousing and hoarding TOLL FREE numbers and for extorting consumers into paying porting fees illegally. I have the complaint number and could publish it on this website if I wanted to, but I rather not afford you the opportunity to settle with the FCC by just paying a fine!     

I have been in contact with CALL TRAXS PRO' agent of process and business member: Frederick Matorell Esq. and informed him that a CEASE and DESIST ORDER is forthcoming against you, your companies and affiliates to stop the slander of me and my business and CEASE all communications Directly or Indirectly by any means.

You have used derrogratory lables of my business and I which are not true and that you further have no evidence of. I am sorry but I am a professional and won't stoop to your level with such immature remarks.

I am advising you to knock of the slander and let the investigators at the FCC, the Better Business Bureau and Mastercard do their job. They will make the determination who is right and who is wrong in this situation. And lets get something clear, no one stole anything from you... This is a business dispute that you have personally taking to far. Furthermore, I stated NO Lies and will not call you a liar like you have me because again I don't play immature games as you do. 

So unless you want more legal matters to answer to. I highly recommend you stop your immature and unprofessional behavior. Please check you emails and mail for the CEASE and DESIST ORDER. Peter ordered services and had Simply-phones.com handle his porting request. Peter McHugh is trying to muddy the issue with his SCAMMING of the company. Peter McHugh states that Simply Phones is a one man company when we have 3 offices and MANY employees. Peter states that we are a reseller and we are under investigation by the FCC, A COMPLETE LIE! Peter McHugh states we are not licensed and that is another complete LIE. We have several licenses and they are posted inside the corporate offices.

Peter, you did business with Simply Phones which is a sub. of Call Trax Pro LLC. Commonly known as a BRAND NAME. Here is where I will educated you! It is how most companies do business..... a BRAND NAME!

You state that there should be a Class Action Law Suit! Lovely! I would welcome one! Just one problem, what grounds would you have? We do our jobs and YOU rip people off.... This is a standard Business to Business phone company and nothing more....

You stated we do not have an APP? Boy are you a foolish person! We have an app that is much better than the one your using! It gives many more things than any other currently on the market. It installs with 2 QR Codes and is an extension of an office. It makes your smart-phone a 2 line phone but, you never installed it! By your own admission you never used the services you paid for!

Strategic Support Investigations is a one man band that has NO business at all! You are not even investigating!!! You are a fraud investigator who does not know how to simply click a link!

You did a charge back with your credit card to this company when we DID OUR JOB. Those emails you speak of are very clear in stating to "keep the sign up fee" and we will win the charge back and get our money back because people like you try to LIE and get away with it. I have YOUR signed paperwork and that is all I need for the merchant bank and a court to RETURN IT.....

Jailcalls.com is not a part of Simply-phones.com and is not owned by Call Trax Pro LLC. I cannot answer for a different company in this complaint.

simply-phones.com, call trax pro and jailcalls.com in New Jersey are a scam and rip off companies all owned by "Brian." All the business are owned and operated by him directly under the impression that he is a large corporation when he is not. He is a one man operation.

I ported my local and 800 businesses numbers for my business Strategic Support Investigations to Simply-phones and switched providers immediately (within 48hours) before the lines began to port. The first time, I logged into the system I saw it was not what he sold it as and there was no technical support. Furthermore, there was no app for cell phones to control the phone service like he said there was.

When I cancelled services I asked for a refund and to stop the port of my numbers since I didn't render any services and his services were not what they were sold as. Brian refused to issue a refund and demand that I pay him more money and if I didn't, he wouldn't release the port on my numbers. I have the emails to prove it! He then kept my phone numbers off line for over two weeks costing my company thousands of dollas in lost business. He didn't release my numbers back to my current provider until I filed a complaint with the Federal Communications Commission. I also charged back what he charged me because a refund was more than justified especially since no services were ever rendered and he put my phones lines out of commission for weeks.

BUYER BEWARE, this guy and his companies are crooks and are now under investigation by the FCC for hoarding and warehousing numbers illegally. "Brian" even had the nerve to post a negative review about my company, Strategic Support Investigations on Ripoff Report and call me a theif because I charged back my credit card and was granted a refund from the credit card company. Obvisously, I wouldn't have been given a refund if I should have been charged for the NON-SERVICE. Furthermore, this site is for victims of businesses' illegitimate practices, which is what my firm and I were, NOT HIS. For his illegitmate slander on this site and others, I had to send him a Cease and Desist order.   

It should also be noted that all of "Brain's" business are unlisted and that they are NOT registered Telecommunication providers. They are resellers of another carriers services acting without the proper licensing to sell Telecommunication services.

I am investigating his true identity and will be posting his information once I obtain it so if there are any other victims out there, you will know who to sue!.
