Strong Currents Enterprises Limited Offered non-contact thermometers for $14 each, I ordered 3, was charged $42 dollars deposit with a large amount outstanding

Ordered 3 non-contact thermometers which were offered for $14 each (plus tax, an free shipping).

After completing the purchase, the receipt page came up showing my $42 as a deposit and a remaining ballance of over $300.

I immediately contacted paypal.com and cancelled access to any further payments but my $42 is very much in doubt as to whether I'll get it back or it was cancelled with the rest of the payments.

I sent an email to the listed address requesting a refund.

There was a phone number for their "customer service", but it was a 721 area code - San Martin.
