I answered an online ad for a flag, "free - just pay shipping cost." I got the flag, but now my debit card is being charged $39.97 a month. Apparently, they enrolled me in a subscription even though nothing was mentioned in the ad or during the order process. This is a shamefully deceptive way to steal money!

I would like them to refund the bogus fees.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as many others have.

While I still disapprove of their deceptive business model, they have returned the subscription fee to my bank account. I have reported the same to the Better Business Bureau.
