If I were to use a noun to describe Suncoast Property Management, It'd be "abomination"; if I were to use a verb, it'd be "suck"; if I were to use an adjective, it'd be "pathetic". They flipped a house and sold it to me. No permit was pulled. No seller disclosure form filled out.

Don't believe the positive reviews. Bogus! Someone even pointed out they were paid reviews. The truth lies in the countless one star complaints and can only be covered up by hundreds upon hundreds of bogus positive reviews.

I sure hope one day, one of those law enforcement agencies will get to them. What goes around comes around. Whatever shenanigans they've been pulling aren't sustainable.

Many Jacksonville real estate companies like to say they never lived there so they know nothing about the condition of the properties they sell or refuse to sign any disclosure.

A home inspector can only perform a limited visual inspection of the readily accessible general systems and components of the home to identify any system or component which may be in need of immediate major repair. Home inspectors are not required to have knowledge of any code on any given day. They also don't tear through dry walls or bust up floors to check for code violations.

What are your thoughts on the 2nd part of the complaint? Putting out bogus reviews is unethical and fraudulent. This part is even more of public concern. Take a look at all those one-star Google, Yelp and Facebook reviews and you will be horrified. The bogus reviews aren't even sophisticatedly written.

Due Diligence

AUTHOR: Robert - (United States)

They may have sold you a house with violations, but you bought it without doing your due diligence.   If no seller disclosure form was filled out, you should have required one..even if it was to put in writing they had no disclosures.

My guess you didn't have any sort of agent working for you, and probably tried to do this on the "cheap" by not doing things such as hiring a home inspector before you purchased the house.

So after the fact it just becomes a case of buyer's remorse.
