once you fill out app,they charge you hundreds more than advertised.beware of the property manager.she will flash her breasts continuously an dif you deny her.sh will have you evicted. dont trust the owner,greeg,enough to work for him.he will not pay you for your work.its a common scam they are runnin.look into all promises before signing anything..they are scammers.

I am sorry that you feel we here at Sunny Acres are not honest in our advertising. This past February we hired a new property manager and have made many improvements. The application process has been overhauled and upfront pricing is place on your guest sheet when you speak with them. Greg does pay his employees well and many people ask to work for him.
