I ordered bedroom furniture from this store and specified that I needed it by a certain date, which the owner agreed to. The date came and went and my order was not completed. I called and requested the order to be cancelled, and the charges refunded to my credit card.

The owner refused citing an "all sales final” policy. I said such a policy could only apply if the terms of the agreement had been met - which they had not. The owner became extremely hostile and refused to communicate further with me. I have still not received a refund. The owner is a scammer.
