Hi There, 

I am Mark with The App Express aka App Express. 

This complaint submitted by this fictious character named "Gary" (Whom we have never done any business with) is actually a man named Ken Ramcharan who offers diffrent type of services online from tradelines and credit repair services which from my knowledge are all fraudulent due to a client we referred to him and the nature of the business on it's face (You cannot get a mercahnt account as a credit repair business) spells out fraud to me. .

This client is not truthful and has left out many details. He did in fact recieve both websites. 1.) a custom made wordpress site and  2.) A financial core banking software.

He agreed that he loved both of the site's and their functions and accepted it (Email proof). He then recieved full access to both sites and hosting was transffered to him fully. (Email proof and consented voice record proof) He then changed all of the passwords so that we would no longer have direct access to his accounts in the future. (Email Proof) 2 months later he loses his website's due to non- payment of hosting fees. (Email proof) He now belieives he is entittled to a full refund of his money for his own negligence.  

Further, There is a third party service that he is referring to which he failed a background check to. It was for a financial license, however he had to many closed accounts that were flagged for either illegal or inappropriate activities and so now he also blames us for this even though our agreement states that we are held harmless from all matters outside of our control such as his background and personal or company affairs. He also wanted to use our websites to participate in activities that to my understanding would not be legal in this country.  

I have emails, text messages, audio confrences with consented recordings all in which proves my point that this guy is not on the up & up. He wouldn't even use his real name on this complaient which shows you his fraudulent nature. I mean if we were fruads and you paid us upfront then why did we speak to you for 11 months? most scammers take the money and run? Your story/arguement is not making much sense. Fell free to contact the authorities, attorneys, attorney general, president of the united states, jesus christ and others  as I will release to those very same authorities all of the evidence they need to bring your scam operation down. How dare you try to use my business for your fraudlent activities. 

He even tryed to steal my contractor and employ him into his scheme. He used my contractor to open merchant accounts for him so that he could charge credit cards for his fraudulent credit repair and tradeline business and more. You want to be taken seriously rebut this with 1.) Your real name, 2.) our contract so that i can show the world how you violated our terms, how you are not entitled to a refund and lastly how your claim is fraudulent.  

Closing notes: To all of our clients or future clients at App Express we appologize that you have found this online, but you cannot belivie everything you read. We have a great track record with most of our clients and some we just cannot please and we understand that fact as a business.
