The Auto Warranty dba AWA Services Grp I had a service contract for 4 years 48000 mile & after two years I've only drove the car about 15 thousand miles so I decided I didn't need a warrantee & wanted my refund Terminating my contract. I did all that was asked of me & now I've been waiting going on six months for my refund Salibury Maryland

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I've been waiting 6 months for a refund of the money that I paid to purchase a warranty that I later terminated because I didn't need it. I have been giving the run around ever since & all the middle man has to say to me are excuses. I can never talk to anybody in any managerial power. They are very unprofessional & nonchalant about my refund money owed according to the contract.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. filed for a refund on in may. to date nothing in the mail they will not return a phone call at this point they owe me 1063.00 and are a huge fraud. i have filed complaints with the BBB and the state insurance commission. I suggest you contact royal insurance their administrator and file a complaint with them as well at the least maybe royal will dump them. good luck in your efforts....
