The Dog Groomer Nance Was given a referral to "the dog groomer" to have my dog groomed Campbellville, Ontario

I was given a referral to what was supposed to be the best dog groomer in the area. I called for an appointment and was treated like a less than a standard citizen. The woman's name I believe was Nance and she is best guess between 60-62 years old and every second word on the phone was the "f" bomb. I figured she must have been having a bad day and accepted the appointment about 4 weeks later. When I arrived for the appointment I thought I would wait and this blonde fat lady told me I would be wasting my time and I should go and do something else. I went down the road to a local coffee shop and had coffee and breakfast and strolled back to see how things were going. When I walked in she had an older doberman there on the ground grabbing it by the neck saying would you "F" in die already I am tired of looking after you. Then she looked at me and said it would be at least another hour. I was a bit freaked out and said is everything alright and she said she had 7 dogs at home at this is the customary treatment, I said ok because she was looking rather mean and walked out. I decided to go and get my hair done which took longer than the time she had told me and when I called, because I didn't want to go and have her disrespect me again she said her day was done and my dog was at her place which was just down the road and that she should be charging me a boarding fee. When I arrived she met me with a very phony "hi how are you" and I said fine. The barking in the house was almost beyond description and the smell of dog/cat poo was everywhere. When I walked into the kitchen it was the most disgusting mess I had ever seen, not sure how anyone could live that way. A little jack russell was in the kitchen and coward in the corner and pee'd everywhere. Finally my dog came out and well I have had my dog groomed before and this was by no means a good grooming, in fact I think I could have done a better job. I pulled out some cash to pay her and she looked at me like I was crazy asking for my change back so I simply said keep the change and got out of there. Is there not an enforcement agency in place in this town with the number of animals she has, as they are obviously not being cared for properly. It will be the last time my dog goes there it trembled in fear for almost a week and now that I have been in this town for a while she is clearly public enemy number one for most of the citizens that live there, I have been told she is a fluzzy and doesn't look after animals very well...end result stay away from the "dog groomer" and more importantly the portly blonde woman.
