In addition to my initial report. I have found that Fair Housing would have taken this complaint and due to its untimely reporting they suggested contacting Americans With Disability Act. CMC Properties have waited until statute of limitations ran out before damaging my credit. That is a crime. I will fight this and pick up where I left off.over a year ago.and I will deal with James Cohen, who is President and CEO who told me to wait a few days and take ugly Mary flowers after she had broken our line of communication by hanging up on me. She offered me the sidewalk for $25 extra on the month of my rent. and that is against the laws of Fair Housing since I am handicapped and the Americans with Disabilities Act.. Ugly Mary had threatened me with EVICTION and I did nothing to deserve her wrath so I moved.. I still have all my letters notes etc from her. Something has got to give soon.
