I was desperate because I was behind on my mortgage payments. The Herrera Sindell Group offered me a modification on my property that was going to bring my payments down . Then they made me sign the grant deed like I was giving them full power of my property, without my knowing. I was devastated when I found out they had swindled me out of my property.
