State Insurance Fund ripoff Not paying compensation in full, held money on me that took a lawyer a tear to get. They act if they're the ones paying me out of their pockets. Albany New York

I have been paid partial disability when in fact I should be getting full. I am still being treated for a back injury that resulted in surgery. I have multi-level degenerating disc disease, which may require more surgery. I am still out of work and haven't gotten a check since 7/03. They owe me several months of back pay at full disability, which I probably won't get. The case worker, Angela Minkler, has been very rude even to my surgeon's secretary. They act if they're the ones paying me out of their pockets. I hope I can get compensated for the grief, and going broke if not starving.

Its criminal what there doing, sorry for Ur pain, I found that spending time in the library is the best way to find the truth,like things my lawyer doesn't seem to know.Did You file for social security?They must get paid by the case cause when they lose, there faces get all baseball mitt looking ha ha! Its there job to make sure u get nothing.Stupid is, stupid does, seems like the dice are loaded against the claimant, the state insurance fund collect money from the employer, but have to pry open their wallets to get the money, I'm sure there's a sequining sound. One day while waiting for a hearing one of their reps, sat down net to Me, and one of their cheese eating want to be investigator's was called over, she said while pointing at a claimnt as he walked out. "To follow him everywhere I want to know all he does, where his girlfriend lives, film anything u can so we can get rid of him, follow him to the store, film him carrying a bag so we can boot him out of the system! With this fraud they commit, which is a crime, they should be in jail! If it wasn't for justice we would have no chance. Even have to be careful when u fart! The state insurance fund is certainly organized crime! God Bless ask for the LORD TO help YOU..
