Ordered a Pentax Optio W20 camera on their web site. Received a phone call wanting me to confirm the order.

Spoke to James at 800-957-6628 x201, 09/17/06, 12:55 pm pst.

He insisted that I purchase a second battery. When I rejected that, he said that I ordered a refurbished camera, not a new one. I stated that the web site did not say it was refurbished. Also the camera was just released this September 2006. He then said he was canceling the order.
