Received an email (didn't have my name or anything to know it's for me) saying that I will be served papers after October 20th, unless I email them back to get the details....really how many people really fall for these idiots.... wish they could be stopped.

Here's a copy of my scam email, it threw me for a loop because here in indiana we do have an Advance Cash Services. I contacted them and they said that they are aware of this scam and to overlook it. but they were not aware of any legal proceedings to solve this.

The case file will be downloaded on Monday (March 2^nd 2015) and you will be soon served with the court papers due to non-payment after so many reminders. If you want to avoid these legal consequences we merely require you to get back to our manager Sandra Hernandez(sandra.hernandez@manager-collections.com) with the payment, you can e-mail her for further details.

I emailed this person back, just to see if they would respond. but no response. just an email from another fake loan company threatening me with a criminal charge...loans are not subject to criminal penalties, they're civil orders and they can only sue you. If they have proof (which they keep giving a number of different social security numbers everytime I ask.
