Do not fall for their offer of a no-obligation trial membership.
Several items were damaged in my trial order. I received no respone to my complaint.
I then requested they cancel my "no obligation, cancel at any time" trial membership. The only response was an email saying they were sorry to hear I was "considering" canceling. I reiterated I wanted to cancel. I wasn't considering canceling, I wanted them to cancel my membership. No response. Contacted them several more times. No response. Just got the notice they are billing me for a year's membership. Contacted them again. No response.
These are low-life scammers. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
