Tidal Crew my order in over a month. Contacted customer service and was told to allow ten days, it’s been three weeks now. Sent follow up emails and have not heard back in weeks.

The company also took down its shipping updates from their website. Went into company’s Facebook page and saw I was not the only one looking for their order. Believe this is just a marketing scam through Instagram.

Quickly processed my money but haven’t shipped And it's been weeks. Looked on their Facebook and lots of people have been left in the dark about their order. Also no physical address or phone number available to speak with anyone (or to file a complaint with BBB)
