I purchased a puse from Tiffany Bell Boutique for 170.00 the only way to pay was thgrough XCOIN. XCOIN bills itself as a new type of paypal site, takes all your information moves your money to this store it is supporting. I went 1 week without hearing anything except that I had been charged 170.00. When I tried to contact both places I get nothing back from any e-mails sent. I have lost 170.00 to these fraud sites.

XCOIN has corrected all issues in a very professional manor.

I was contacted by XCOIN, and although they were only the 3rd party in this dispute, they made everything right. They refunded my money that was being held by a vendor that uses XCOIN as a payment method. XCOIN was very nice and courteous in getting this issue settled. I would recommend using XCOIN without any hesitation, they went above and beyond on settling this issue. One of the reasons I hadn't received any returned e-mail is because they were swamped with e-mail on people setting up account right before Christmas, they even said they have added people and can now respond sooner.
Again XCOIN resolved my issues above and beyond, they are not at fault with this issue.
I would recommend them!!
