I purchased a Titan Longevity Ring on 12/16/24 for a total of $125.92 including the warranty, freight, and charging case. Their website says fast delivery! It is now 8 weeks later and I have nothing.

After emailing them 5 times, I never got a response. After the 3rd email, I told them to just cancel the order and credit me and they never credited me, nor did they respond.

Their website has no address or phone number; just the customer service email address that I have been sending 5 emails to. The ring was billed under the name of "SAVVYSMARTDEALS.CO; WWW>KAINERO.C CA"
