Titanium sent me by email a buyout agreement dated 03/19/2019 at which I signed and returned to them on 03/24/2019. Their agreement reads that they will issue a check within 5 to 7 weeks. They have not responded and when called, I am told that they have the agreement but don't have an answer why it is not being honored.

I had Guardian security service at my home when the representative from Titaniun came through the neighborhood and convinced me to switch over to Titanium and they would buy out my existing contract with Guardian. They made the switch but did not send the buyout check for 13 months so I was paying Guardian and Titanium the monthly service charges.
Guardian during that time sold to ADT Security so it cost me more to end the Guardian contract than they sent me. They do not have anyone in customer serrvice only accounts collectible and they would not let me talk to anyone there about anything but my bill.
I filled a complaint with the Better Business Bureau ID#98958790 and was directed to the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Security and Investigative Services where I filed another complaint #1202020005291. Unfortunately they told me they can not make Titanium make things right and my only course of action would have to be civil.
My advice to consumers is to check out this company with both of these agencys and then chose one that is honorable and honest. Titaniun is neither. They want your money without providing a service. No money for lip service.
