Todd Houslanger & Associates in Mt Kisco, NY & Huntington, NY are scammers who freezes peoples bank accounts without sending out a letter by law within 5 days. It is unlawful to do so when this credit card debt is 8-10 years old. NYS law is 6-7 years under statue of limitations & they should be well aware of this.
They are connected with Pallisades Collections who buy bad debts no matter how old. They are scammers, liars, bullies who can only be reached by an answering machine never a person.
I contacted the bank in question and they never hired this company. Now it will take 1 year for it to expire.
