A police report was filed for internet fraud, she purchased an authentic Louis Vuitton Tivoli GM then did a chargeback. Trina kept the bag and the money. PayPal said to file a police report (I did) and file in small claims. Michigan to Wisconsin trip!

April 22, 2020 I ordered a Louis Vuitton GM Tivoli that was represented as Authentic by the Seller Wenfelt11 from Ebay, a.k.a Wendy Felton in Saginaw, MICHIGAN. When I received it, it clearly was Not Authentic. I contacted Ebay & the Seller to report this. The Seller had no proof of authenticity, nor info on who she purchased it from.
Louis Vuitton verified to me in writing that the GM Tivoli was in fact Not Authentic. My VISA card company disputed this and provided me a charge back. The Seller sent me many threatening messages to try to get me to retract my dispute. I have never been contacted by any Police, nor has any small claims been filed as she states... My attorney has enough information to prosecute this Seller. Bad experience!!
